Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate closely with senior leaders on business problems, shaping the team’s strategic direction and aligning across Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance.
  • •Analyze ezCater’s product and site funnel to identify friction points and opportunities, turning analysis into a prioritized roadmap.
  • •Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to quantify opportunities, define success metrics, and deliver recommendations to influence product strategy.
  • •Design, implement, and review experiments (A/B, multi-armed bandits) to measure impact and identify opportunities for iteration.
  • •Use data-driven analyses, tests, and statistical models to uncover customer insights and drive product decisions that impact customers.

Key Requirements
