Healthcare Consulting Associate - Revenue Cycle

Partner with healthcare clients to design and implement revenue cycle solutions across hospital or physician operations. Lead project workstreams using Huron methodologies, applying critical thinking to analyze data gaps and risks and deliver actionable recommendations. Present findings to leadership at multiple levels, supervise junior team members through coaching and performance feedback, and tailor recommendations to improve revenue integrity, denials management, and patient access services while supporting change management initiatives.
