Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale a global revenue assurance team of revenue accounting professionals.
  • •Serve as the primary on-the-ground finance leader in Ireland, executing intercompany agreement workflows and overseeing EU customer contracting, billing, and payment collection oversight.
  • •Ensure technical accounting compliance for enterprise SaaS and consumption-based revenue transactions in accordance with ASC 606, U.S. GAAP, and internal policies.
  • •Partner with Legal, Tax, and Treasury to maintain local operational compliance, including VAT/GST support and local legal approvals.
  • •Drive cross-functional process innovation with FP&A, IT, RevOps, and Order-to-Cash, and deliver technical revenue recognition training to business partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA / FCA / ACCA) is required.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of audit or advisory experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
  • •15+ years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience, including at least 5+ years in a technical revenue recognition role in a SaaS/tech company.
  • •Deep understanding of ASC 606 for enterprise SaaS and usage-based revenue, including differences between IFRS 15 and ASC 606 in local statutory accounting.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of Irish statutory requirements and intercompany operational frameworks for cross-border commercial execution.
