Centralized Brokerage Registered Client Service Associate

Support Financial Advisors with day-to-day client servicing across multiple brokerage locations. Assist with preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and placing trades and handling related order inquiries. Process corporate actions, schedule appointments, manage calendars, and maintain client records. Help drive sales opportunities by contacting potential clients from internal and bank leads, complete new business paperwork, and provide operational guidance and authentication to mitigate risk.
