•Orchestrate execution of the entire Allianz OEs Iberolatam strategic IT portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global strategic goals.
•Provide transparent, data-driven oversight of the global project portfolio and enhance local execution using global best practices.
•Endorse, lead, and ensure successful delivery of high-stakes transversal strategic projects (NextGen, BMP, SOM, Cloudification).
•Develop decommissioning strategies to modernize the IT landscape, reduce legacy dependencies, and optimize Total Cost of Ownership.
•Establish project steering standards, apply governance, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time/on-budget delivery of the portfolio.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in IT transformation, corporate strategy, or large-scale program management, with executive leadership experience and a master’s degree or equivalent.

•Demonstrated experience with IT finance, including FinOps, budgeting for large portfolios, and cost optimization/application rationalization.
•Ability to act as a change agent with exceptional decision-making to drive complex initiatives forward.
