Key Responsibilities

•Process user access requests for systems such as PowerSchool and Salesforce, creating or modifying accounts as needed.
•Assign proper access permissions based on role/request and troubleshoot access issues (e.g., unable to log in, missing permissions).
•Manage provisioning access tickets by updating progress, comments, and resolution details and following incident/request lifecycles.
•Assist with onboarding and offboarding by ensuring new hires/contractors get appropriate system access and removing/adjusting access at end dates.
•Document access changes and temporary workarounds for audit/tracking and escalate complex provisioning issues when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.01 - 27 hourly
