Deliver outstanding customer experiences during peak seasonal demand by applying Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Assist across store departments, including POS system management, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Work with Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies. Serve as a brand ambassador by staying current on product collaborations and promotions, while following asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
