Supermarket Assistant - Team Leader Nights

Lead night operations in a Waitrose shop by supporting the management team and helping deliver a great customer experience. You’ll manage safe and legal partner operations, fulfill online orders (including Click & Collect), replenish stock, and support checkout and on-demand requests. Drive commercial performance through continuous improvement ideas, reduce wastage using due diligence and markdowns, and maintain a safe, tidy environment with day-to-day shopkeeping tasks.
