Lead end-to-end global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations as a hands-on, player-coach director. Own compliance, internal controls, accuracy, and KPI performance while transitioning manual, fragmented processes to standardized, scalable, system-driven workflows. Guide a small global team, resolve operational issues, and drive core initiatives such as P2P system implementation, banking transformation, and invoice automation in partnership with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, and IT.
