Job Summary

Support the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement’s CPIC task area by advising on IT investment portfolio compliance, reporting, and internal process implementation. Assist with OMB IT Dashboard reporting via HHS Folio, help maintain CPIC deliverable templates, and support EVM, performance management, and budget/cost-analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist federal staff with annual Agency IT Portfolio submissions (Portfolio summary and details) for OCSE IT investments and ensure CPIC compliance through portfolio performance, cost, schedule, and risk metrics.
•Collect, analyze, brief, and advise on CPIC and Enterprise Architecture guidance, including preparing and presenting CPIC/EA-related briefings.
•Support monthly and annual reporting to OMB’s IT Dashboard via HHS Folio Reporting, including investment performance and variance reporting.
•Coordinate CPIC deliverables by creating and maintaining templates and internal processes (e.g., Operational Analyses and EPLC stage gate forms) and delivering required artifacts for mandates and data calls.
•Support EVM and performance management activities, including cost monitoring, variance analysis, corrective action plans, baseline change request documentation, and budget analysis for cost savings/ROI.

•Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Federal IT portfolio reporting and CPIC processes.
•Familiarity with OMB Capital Planning guidance and federal IT investment oversight processes.
•Experience supporting IT investments by tracking portfolio performance, cost, schedule, and risk metrics.
•Experience supporting federal program managers, executives, and governance boards, including executive briefings and status reporting.
•Strong leadership and cross-organizational coordination skills in a primarily remote environment.
