Key Responsibilities

  • •Support successful entry into service and post-launch support for Enterprise Hub (EHUB) processes.
  • •Back cutover and hypercare activities, including data mapping and migration from legacy systems and support go-live performance.
  • •Provide ongoing sustainment support as part of the Corporate SAP team, supporting Release 1 operations until Release 2 is implemented.
  • •Manage metrics and priorities for ongoing change requests and complete special projects related to EHUB implementation/support.
  • •Collaborate and communicate with internal and external resources across oneRTX PST to drive alignment; travel 25–50% during rollout.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree with a minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum 10 years of experience, or 16 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • •Experience implementing digital technology systems with a strong focus on SAP ERP solutions and design.
  • •Experience with Record to Report finance processes, including the ability to translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements.
  • •Experience leading or supporting teams with SAP integrations such as Tax engine, Workday, and Treasury applications.
