Job Summary

Lead the Enterprise Hub for oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation, supporting successful entry into service and ongoing support of corporate processes on SAP S/4HANA. Drive cutover, hypercare, and sustainment activities for Release 1 operations, manage metrics and priorities for change requests, and collaborate across corporate and enterprise service teams. Translate business needs into system requirements while supporting ERP integrations and special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Support successful entry into service and post-launch support for Enterprise Hub (EHUB) processes.
•Back cutover and hypercare activities, including data mapping and migration from legacy systems and support go-live performance.
•Provide ongoing sustainment support as part of the Corporate SAP team, supporting Release 1 operations until Release 2 is implemented.
•Manage metrics and priorities for ongoing change requests and complete special projects related to EHUB implementation/support.
•Collaborate and communicate with internal and external resources across oneRTX PST to drive alignment; travel 25–50% during rollout.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree with a minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum 10 years of experience, or 16 years of relevant experience without a degree.
•Experience implementing digital technology systems with a strong focus on SAP ERP solutions and design.
•Experience with Record to Report finance processes, including the ability to translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements.
•Experience leading or supporting teams with SAP integrations such as Tax engine, Workday, and Treasury applications.
•Experience supporting corporate/enterprise service functions with a focus on finance and accounting processes from a technology standpoint.
