Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute day-to-day marketing strategy across acquisition, paid media, content, social, lifecycle marketing, and analytics.
  • •Develop and launch full-funnel campaigns to move users from awareness and registration to first purchase and repeat participation.
  • •Create and edit short-form content and maintain a consistent social presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • •Manage promotional email and SMS campaigns, build customer segments, and run onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement lifecycle programs.
  • •Manage and optimize Meta advertising and Google Ads as appropriate, using performance data to improve targeting, creative testing, and landing experiences.

  • •5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, e-commerce, marketplace or retail marketing.
  • •Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns and optimizing performance across the marketing funnel.
