Key Responsibilities

  • •Support resident engagement and life enrichment by assisting with activities and encouraging participation.
  • •Observe resident preferences and share with the Life Enrichment Coordinator.
  • •Provide dining and hospitality support including meal service, beverage services, and snack delivery.
  • •Support light food prep and help ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • •Float between life enrichment and dining needs, including transitions to meals and resident transportation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
  • •Experience in senior living, hospitality, customer service, or food service.

  • •Sanitation Certified or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
