Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removal of existing gas and air conditioning equipment and cleaning/readying the space.
  • •Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with precision.
  • •Prep spaces thoughtfully after equipment removal so the new install starts correctly.
  • •Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot.
  • •Deliver standout customer experience, answer questions on the spot, and catch quality issues early.

Key Requirements
