Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design and delivery of CI/CD platform capabilities used by thousands of software pipelines across the company.
  • •Re-architect the CI/CD platform for the agentic AI era by defining contracts and abstractions that enable evolution without breaking teams.
  • •Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects, providing technical leadership and mentorship while setting engineering standards and raising delivery quality.
  • •Build compliance and control into the platform so regulatory obligations are automatic parts of delivery.
  • •Experiment with and learn new technologies and share knowledge through internal and external engineering communities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,400 - 204,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or cloud-based productivity tools or virtualization technologies.
  • •Experience coding with at least two of: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala.
  • •Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks.
