Job Summary

Work on a poultry processing assembly line, performing one or two deboning steps on the cone line by cutting and removing parts/pieces from chicken carcasses as they move. Maintain and use required PPE and follow company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and safety procedures. Work cooperatively with supervisors and coworkers, perform additional assigned duties, and be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

•Work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state, and federal regulations.

•Ability to stand for long periods and perform rapid, repetitive work in a cold and damp environment.
