Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the main customer contact during pre-launch and own overall project implementation to meet scope, quality, timelines, and metrics.
  • •Lead day-to-day project planning, supervising progress and adjusting plans as needed to ensure project success.
  • •Track and communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and actions to internal and external collaborators.
  • •Configure HiredScore in the client environment according to the Statement of Work and implementation plan.
  • •Coordinate the handover from implementation to launch, training, and adoption with client Success and Support teams.

Salary: EUR 69,100 - 103,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4+ years’ experience in a Technical or Project Implementation Management role with hands-on configuration experience.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience with technical configuration using XML or YAML files or Self Service tools.
  • •2 years of experience implementing SaaS on large-scale software delivery projects.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience working with external client-facing enterprise products.
  • •Previous experience working with configuration tools and fulfilling technical tasks.
