Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and optimize Linux-based server environments (Redhat, Satellite, Sysconf, Purescale) and VMware SRIOV virtualization to improve performance and reliability.
  • •Oversee GPFS Purescale storage and Commvault backup solutions to ensure data protection and rapid recovery.
  • •Maintain and improve network performance with IPv4 and RoCE, contributing to cloud architecture and deployment efforts.
  • •Develop and maintain automation scripts/tools using Ansible and Groovy (with PHP/SQL/HTML as options) to streamline operations.
  • •Leverage monitoring and collaboration tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, GitHub) and apply DevOps practices to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education degree in IT or comparable technical education with experience in IT management and IT security tools, and an Agile mindset.
  • •Advanced Linux knowledge (Redhat, Satellite, Sysconf) and advanced VMware knowledge with SRIOV.
  • •Proficiency in Ansible (mandatory) and Groovy (mandatory); knowledge of PHP, SQL and HTML is a plus.
  • •Storage and network expertise: GPFS Purescale (optional) and IPv4 networking (RoCE preferred).
  • •Familiarity with cloud knowledge and DevOps practices; fluent English; weekend support might be required.
