Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end materials planning (forecast, actual buy, leftovers, and liabilities).
  • •Coordinate material forecasting with the Supply Planning team and share plans with T1 partners.
  • •Manage capacity across T2 partners for trim and packaging and ensure on-time deliveries from suppliers to T1 partners.
  • •Monitor supplier performance (on-time delivery, on-time 1st-lot submission, delay reasons, risk assessment) and negotiate lead times.
  • •Develop and implement material planning tools and dashboards to provide order-book and end-to-end visibility from forecasting through material booking by T1 and T2 partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in textile, merchandising, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
  • •3-5 years of experience in material management or supply chain (apparel and accessories background preferred).
  • •Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (Chinese advantageous).
  • •Willingness to learn technical trims and packaging and basic know-how of the apparel development process.
  • •Strong data management and analytical skills to work with material booking data and tools such as Google Sheets, Power BI, and PLM-related systems.
