Job Summary

Build and maintain robust, efficient, testable full-stack software for high-security, airgapped U.S. Federal environments. Partner with Product Managers, UX, design, and research to design and lead features centered on non-functional requirements like scalability, performance, security, usability, and quality. You’ll support production services end-to-end, provide technical leadership and influence through discussions, and improve product and build pipelines using modern engineering practices.

•Write and maintain robust, efficient, testable code using modern full-stack languages, frameworks, and tools.
•Support frontend-to-backend services and customers in high-security airgapped environments.
•Design and lead features with strong focus on non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, monitoring, maintenance, security, usability, and quality.
•Provide technical influence in the team, leading technical and functional discussions.
•Suggest product and build-pipeline enhancements and manage multiple projects to meet aggressive deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,000 - 205,400 annually

Key Requirements

•US Citizenship is required.
•7+ years of professional programming experience building enterprise-level software with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
•Experience using Kotlin and/or Java; and Spring Boot or similar JVM-based frameworks.
•Experience using TypeScript targeting browser and/or Node.js.
•Experience with build and deployment technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle and modern CI/CD systems.
