Key Responsibilities

•Process loan payments and other financial transitions accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.
•Calculate, verify, and process payoff quote requests from internal and external sources.
•Board commercial loans to the CORE system and review commercial loan setup for completeness and accuracy.
•Process participation loan payments and disbursements, including interest calculations, and resolve discrepancies with partner institutions.
•Complete the monthly SBA remittance process for SBA-guaranteed loans.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of loan operations experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
•Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail, including reviewing and interpreting legal and loan documentation for accuracy.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills and understanding of debit and credit transactions.
•Ability to recognize irregular or suspicious transactions and take appropriate steps to prevent loss.
•Proficiency with general PC applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
