Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in creator operations, influencer marketing, content partnerships, e-commerce, marketplace operations, growth operations, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and how creators influence user behavior and business outcomes.
•Ability to analyze performance data, identify key issues, and use insights to guide creator and business decisions.
•Strong communication skills to build trust with creators and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•Highly organized and action-oriented, able to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
