Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead tasks across design, procurement, and construction, including furniture install and coordination with client IT.
  • •Build initial budgets and scheduling during feasibility with the client team.
  • •Set up and run project meetings, transcribe minutes, and drive action items to closure.
  • •Manage procurement and appoint/recommend consultants and contractors; establish quotations and place orders with client direct vendors (AV/IT, FF&E, security).
  • •Coordinate contracts/Master Service Agreements, change orders, weekly/biweekly site visits, payments, punch lists, commissioning, and project closeout documentation including lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •4-7 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting/supervising construction (commercial interior fit-out, renovation, or corporate office projects).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field.
  • •Proven skills managing stakeholders with strong communication and coordination.
  • •Solid experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and direct vendors/consultants.
  • •Bilingual (French and English) is considered an asset; PMP is highly desirable.
