Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation.
  • •Build working relationships with injured claimants, their lawyers, rehabilitation advisors, and medical professionals to drive rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.
  • •Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements.
  • •Review treatment requests, organise investigations, and interpret medical reports.
  • •Make settlement offers and attend informal/settlement conferences to progress claims toward finalisation.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferable para-legal or personal injury experience.
  • •Insurance claims experience, preferably in CTP/personal injury, with qualifications in Law, Insurance, Medical, Allied Health, or related fields.
