Key Responsibilities

  • •Work within the centre to ensure customer safety and high standards of service and customer care.
  • •Report to the duty manager and, in their absence, manage the facility and ensure activities are delivered to a high standard.
  • •Supervise specific activities and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • •Ensure safe handling and setup of equipment.
  • •Support a close-knit team to provide an inclusive leisure hub for the community.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a leisure environment.
  • •Previous experience supervising a pool.
  • •Demonstrate a can-do attitude and be safety conscious, vigilant, and able to handle pressurised situations.

  • •Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society) and a first aid qualification.
