Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of comprehensive project estimates, including construction, fees, direct work, and associated costs.
  • •Assist with capital planning strategies across large-scale portfolios and provide insights for investment decisions.
  • •Support procurement activities such as vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and bid leveling; facilitate bid interviews and recommendations.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting schedules; present cost reports and forecasts and maintain a commercial risk register with periodic reviews.
  • •Assess payment applications and support payment requisitions, change order requests, dispute prevention/resolution, invoicing, and financial close activities including post-contract audits and account close-outs.

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
  • •Preferred degrees: Construction Management.
  • •Preferred degrees: Construction Science.
