Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineering and product teams to bring Meta Factory agentic capabilities into real developer workflows through prototype and production rollout.
  • •Move from problem to working solution by gathering user feedback and refining the experience into reliable, repeatable systems.
  • •Integrate the generated agent harness with team-specific tools, codebases, CI/CD pipelines, and development environments.
  • •Act as the link between the platform team and teams adopting it, reporting what’s working, where teams struggle, and what the platform needs to improve.
  • •Create reusable integration patterns, templates, and playbooks to help other teams adopt AI Factories.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of engineering experience delivering complex integrations or platform deployments from design through production.
  • •Hands-on experience building and operating agentic or LLM-based systems, including evaluation, reliability, and failure modes.
  • •Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership across a team.
  • •Ability to shift between hands-on delivery and broader platform strategy as needs evolve.
  • •Experience working with internal platform or developer experience teams, understanding both platform builders and adopters.
