Key Responsibilities

•Handle inbound calls and process private flood insurance documents under carrier agreements and state regulations.
•Underwrite and process documents in line with surplus lines rules and policy requirements.
•Collaborate with agents, departments, and carrier partners via multiple communication methods to process transactions.
•Assess credibility of documents such as elevation certifications, zone determinations, and NFIP maps.
•Communicate complex information to agents and customers, addressing questions about private products.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of office and/or administrative background.
