Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve performance, availability, and scalability of large distributed content delivery systems using internet technologies.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish measurable SLIs and SLOs.
  • •Provide technical expertise to ensure system designs and implementations meet reliability and performance requirements.
  • •Monitor platform availability and performance, analyze data to resolve complex issues, and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
  • •Create automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and participate in architecture and design reviews for resilience and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Validate data integrity, analyze anomalies, and generate reports for root-cause identification using Oracle SQL.
  • •Use scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript while maintaining quality and functionality.
  • •Work with monitoring and alerting tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ADBMS, and Datadog for metrics, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
  • •Demonstrate expertise in Unix/Linux operating environments.
