Job Summary

Join the Live Oak Pavilion and Greenfield Lake Amphitheater team as a hands-on venue operations expert. You’ll perform day-of-show duties, help set up and tear down venue assets, handle preventive maintenance (including painting, cleaning, and landscaping), and support opening/running/closing according to policy. You’ll respond to staff/guest concerns, diagnose safety issues, follow standard operating procedures, and assist with venue setup and event conversions.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with venue leadership or the Operations Manager to perform day-of-show duties
•Assist in setup and tear down of venue assets for all events
•Perform preventive and general maintenance around the site and buildings (painting, cleaning, landscaping, and misc. projects)
•Respond to or elevate staff/guest inquiries or concerns for shows and VIP/seat upgrades
•Diagnose safety issues, help prevent hazards, and comply with safety regulations while maintaining clean work areas

•Ability to handle multiple tasks and issues at one time with an upbeat attitude
•Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills
•Skills in guest relations
•Ability to handle manual labor
•High School Diploma or GED required
