OTC Process- Representative/ Specialist- Electronic field Ticketing (Bengaluru, KA, IN, 560103)

Support the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) Global Business Services value stream, handling end-to-end processes from sales receiving through fulfillment and invoicing. Work with either business development (pricing/contracts or proposals/quotes) or operations (sales order management or invoicing), creating and validating OTC internal and customer data and documents. As an eFT team member, manage eFT submissions, approvals, releases to invoicing, daily case tracking, and month/quarter-end closures while driving process and automation improvements.
