Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the OTC Global Business Services value stream, including receiving and processing sales through fulfillment and invoicing.
  • •Work in business development (pricing/contracts or proposals/quotes) or operations (sales order management or invoicing).
  • •Create, edit, manage, and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documents with accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Serve as an eFT team member: manage eFT submissions, approvals, and releases to invoicing; track cases daily and send enquiries for pending inputs.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement, ensure accurate request processing, perform month/quarter-end closures, and track portfolio ageing for timely request closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Entry-level role: high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 months of office environment experience.
  • •Graduate (preferably B. Com).
  • •Experience in Order To Cash (Sales Order, Billing and Dispute Management).
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP / Sales Force / S4 is an added advantage.
  • •Preferred: prior experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering.
