Key Responsibilities

  • •FP&A Team Manager responsibilities include leading the dedicated FP&A team (6-10 FTEs), recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing group delivering strong financial controls and analysis.
  • •Own the completion of Month End Close, Forecast, Budget, and Ops Packs with high quality and timeliness.
  • •Maintain relationships with client finance and business departments and manage team workload and ad hoc requests.
  • •Drive continuous process improvement and standardisation to increase efficiency and ensure delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
  • •Represent the FP&A CoE in internal/external meetings and participate in operational review calls with Business Partners and Leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree/professional qualification in Finance or Accounting
  • •3 to 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting or SSC/BPO industry
  • •Previous FP&A experience (with a large multinational would be an advantage)
  • •Experience of working in international environment
  • •Fluent English is a must
