Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed personal and store baseline sales goals and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
  • •Plan and prioritize work, display strategic thinking, and champion change effectively.
  • •Coach and develop associates by teaching training content through roleplay, coaching, and quarterly goal setting; monitor and support training with the Store Manager.
  • •Use strong written and verbal communication to build client relationships, maintain ethical conduct, and de-escalate situations calmly.
  • •Ensure compliance by managing personal timecards for payroll accuracy, maintaining Tumi University Training, and adhering to company policies and procedures; support visual merchandising and client experience execution.
