Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with suppliers to manage supply and fill rates to optimize availability.
  • •Build supplier relationships and improve supplier service levels.
  • •Manage daily supply operations and drive process improvements with supplier and internal demand/store teams.
  • •Implement the S&OP cycle, including supplier discussions, SKU-wise rolling supply planning, and incorporating supplier constraints into demand forecasting.
  • •Build service-level dashboards/reports and track KPIs including supplier fill rate, on-time delivery, and OTIF %.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience in F&V.
  • •Solid knowledge of DC operations and inventory control.
  • •Basic finance knowledge.
  • •Very good Excel and ERP System skills.
  • •Quality and food safety related certificate.
