Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead HR Services delivery across the assigned region with consistent service quality aligned to business priorities.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and HR Services professionals to foster accountability, engagement, and continuous development.
  • •Manage capacity, workload, priorities, and resources to ensure efficient and stable service delivery.
  • •Oversee end-to-end HR Operations across the employee lifecycle, including employee data, onboarding, contracts, employee changes, exits, and payroll-related HR administration.
  • •Monitor service performance, quality, workload, SLAs, risks, and customer experience; take corrective action and act as escalation point for complex cases.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services, HR Administration, or Shared Services in an international organization.
  • •Demonstrated people leadership experience with operational priority management in a complex environment.
  • •Strong understanding of employee lifecycle HR processes, HR systems, and payroll dependencies.
  • •Proven experience with service performance management, process improvement, standardization, and operational governance.
