Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and manage total loss auto claims through resolution, following company guidelines and state/federal regulations to ensure fair, timely settlements
  • •Evaluate vehicle valuations and estimate documents to accurately determine total loss status and settlement amount
  • •Guide customers through the total loss process with clear, compassionate communication, addressing questions about settlements, lienholders, salvage, title requirements, and next steps
  • •Negotiate with customers and third parties to reach prompt and equitable settlements, while ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements
  • •Coordinate with vendors, adjusters, and other departments to resolve complex claims and ensure a seamless customer experience

Key Requirements

  • •Prior auto claims handling experience, with a focus on total loss preferred
