Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and help drive the Test Data Management (TDM) roadmap and engineering priorities with technical leadership.
  • •Design and implement synthetic data generation and test data provisioning solutions, including reusable automation and data pipelines.
  • •Integrate TDM capabilities with testing, quality engineering, and CI/CD processes, partnering with application teams to onboard use cases.
  • •Operationalize end-to-end test data lifecycle processes (provisioning, refresh, archival, and retirement) and define service models for requesting and maintaining test data.
  • •Establish data quality, reuse, and governance standards (referential integrity, realistic test data, validation) and support onboarding, training, and adoption across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •5+ years of related experience (or additional 4 years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's).
  • •Design and implement technology or data solutions, including databases, APIs, data pipelines, automation frameworks, and software delivery practices.
  • •Experience with synthetic data generation and privacy-preserving techniques such as masking, tokenization, virtualization, or similar approaches.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
