Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the voice of the technical field on New Product Introductions by translating architectural changes into actionable technical requirements.
  • •Create and maintain field toolkits including survival guides, playbooks, API documentation summaries, troubleshooting trees, and checklists.
  • •(Co)design enablement programs from onboarding through ongoing strategic initiatives, ensuring measurable impact across technical audiences.
  • •Drive operational alignment with stakeholders across Operations, Strategic Programs, the CTO organization, and technical leaders to standardize best practices globally.
  • •Manage the enablement lifecycle by measuring program effectiveness with field data and audience feedback, and retiring outdated materials to keep knowledge current.
