Construction Lead (ISBL)

Lead construction execution for a large-scale EPCm project across ISBL areas, driving KPI-aligned safety, quality, and schedules. Set targets and manage responsibilities for supervised staff, coordinating with client, construction teams, contractors, and vendors. Oversee site organization and MPP throughout fabrication to commissioning, monitor engineering/procurement deliverables, manage construction reports, and ensure completion and client acceptance through turnover activities.
