Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and execute technical initiatives on the team roadmap, addressing technical debt, reliability, security, and scalability.
  • •Lead architecture reviews and document system designs for integrations; build API integrations and identify platform optimization opportunities.
  • •Design and build scalable project/work management workflows, optimizing Atlassian integrations and dashboard performance.
  • •Maintain platform integrity to ensure Atlassian configurations and custom integrations meet data privacy and regulatory standards (DORA, SOX, GDPR).
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams and drive engineering excellence through design documentation, automated testing, and cross-site knowledge sharing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 4,900,000 - 7,800,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience with the Atlassian tech stack (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Atlassian Access) and work management/collaboration ecosystems.
  • •Hands-on experience delivering technical roadmaps and making architecture/integration decisions across APIs, identity/SSO, data models, and vendor integrations.
  • •Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Groovy, plus experience with REST APIs and modern integration frameworks.
  • •Advanced Atlassian administration experience, including custom workflows and reporting.
  • •Strong stakeholder communication—build partnerships across engineering, product, and operations and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
