Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Support a positive team culture by sharing feedback, ideas, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Assist store departments including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador and follow asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Adopt a team-first approach and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Move merchandise, place and arrange items on shelves and racks, and manage backroom-to-floor tasks.
  • •Lift 30+ pounds with assistance and be on your feet and continuously moving for at least 8 hours per shift.
