Job Summary

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for groundwork and construction projects, following company policies and OSHA/MSHA requirements. Complete daily pre- and post-operation inspections with documentation, perform minor maintenance, and report issues to site leadership. Support foremen’s daily task direction, assist with training less-experienced employees, and maintain regular attendance while working in a team environment across jobsite needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for groundwork and construction purposes.
•Follow OSHA/MSHA and company policies for safe work procedures and environment.
•Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections with required documentation.
•Complete minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; escalate major problems to supervisors.
•Assist foremen with daily project/jobsite tasks and train less-experienced employees as needed.
