Job Summary

Build and grow OKX’s presence within Australia’s crypto community by participating in online communities (Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit), creating and curating local content, and representing OKX at meetups and conferences. Drive engagement across OKX-owned channels, support community event planning, and gather community insights to share with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Affiliate teams—working closely with Affiliate BD to turn engagement into partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, join, and actively participate in Australian crypto trading communities across Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, and other platforms.
•Build relationships with community members, moderators, and local ecosystem participants while representing OKX in the Australian crypto community.
•Manage OKX Australia’s local social media presence and create locally relevant, community-first content that resonates with Australian traders.
•Support the planning and execution of community events, including meetups and community activations.
•Track community growth and engagement, gather feedback, and share insights with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Affiliate teams; coordinate with Affiliate BD on introductions for affiliate partnerships.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, social media management, or content marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, gaming, or another online-native community.
•Genuine presence in or connection to Australian crypto communities (Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit), with existing relationships a strong plus.
•Strong understanding of crypto trading, DeFi, and the broader digital asset ecosystem.
•Proven ability to create engaging, platform-native content with an authentic, relatable voice.
•Experience organizing or supporting in-person meetups, events, or activations.
