Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the strategy and framework for delivery management for the Oracle Fusion Horizon environment.
  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of Horizon Oracle Fusion initiatives and enhancements across requirements, build, testing, OCM, readiness, deployment, and hypercare.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned to business needs and the target operating model.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • •Serve as primary stakeholder point of contact, providing status updates and facilitating communication, collaboration, and adherence to delivery best practices and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of project management and delivery management experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary organization.
  • •Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (HCM, CX, PPM, PROC, FIN) and their implementation processes.
  • •Expertise in release management, delivery management, quality assurance, and risk management.
  • •Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, including hands-on use of JIRA and Smartsheet; PMP or similar is a plus.
