Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as subject-matter expert for Service Management products: App Builder, Incident Management, Event Management, Workflow Automation, and On-Call.
  • •Partner with Field teams to provide hands-on technical and architectural guidance to enterprise customers, designing on-call escalation policies, incident response workflows, event correlation pipelines, and custom internal tools with App Builder.
  • •Create reusable technical collateral such as reference architectures, technical guides, cookbooks, and documentation to enable Field teams and the customer community.
  • •Build proofs of concept and small-scale deployments to validate solutions and reproduce real-world customer environments, including end-to-end incident lifecycles.
  • •Advise Product Management with actionable feedback from field experience to shape roadmaps for automation, on-call operations, and incident workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong engineering foundation with hands-on experience building and operating incident response programs, on-call rotations, or internal production automation at large scale.
  • •Comfort diving deep into codebases and understanding architectural decisions, tradeoffs, and implementation details.
  • •Familiarity with distributed systems and observability concepts (tracing, metrics, logging) and how alerting/event correlation fit into incident management workflows.
  • •Experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, plus familiarity with low-code/no-code application development concepts.
  • •Excellent consultative skills supporting customers in high-pressure, complex situations, including live incident scenarios.
