Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Assist in store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Follow HEYDUDE policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •Maintain flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Use a team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Demonstrate the ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment and place items on shelves and racks.
  • •Meet physical demands including lifting 30 pounds or more with assistance and being on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
