Senior HSE Consultant - Data Center (Tokyo, Japan)

Lead Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities across one or more large-scale construction projects, acting as the primary on-site HSE lead. Drive site HSE strategy and management system, perform inspections/audits and compliance reviews, manage risk assessments and permit-to-work processes, and lead incident investigations. Strengthen safety culture through training and coaching, improve contractor HSE performance, mentor junior HSE professionals, and report to project stakeholders and senior leadership.
