Key Responsibilities

•Define the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of User Platform products across account lifecycle management, IAM analytics, and device/client intelligence.
•Partner with engineering managers, staff engineers, data scientists, analytics engineers, designers, researchers, and insights teams to shape product direction and deliver platform value.
•Drive development of Spotify’s account lifecycle platform, including account states, governed lifecycle transitions, and audit capabilities for internal and partner teams.
•Lead the product vision for User Intelligence, a shared platform enabling trusted understanding of users, devices, and sessions via reusable signals and APIs.
•Define success metrics (e.g., platform adoption, signal quality, data trust, lifecycle diagnosis time, decision latency) and foster an operating rhythm across multiple squads.

Key Requirements

•Significant product management experience building platform products, identity systems, infrastructure, or large-scale consumer technology.
•Experience working with backend platforms, APIs, distributed systems, identity platforms, policy engines, or large-scale data products.
•Ability to translate complex identity, trust, and data challenges into clear product strategies, business outcomes, and prioritization decisions.
•Use data to inform judgement, validate assumptions, and make product decisions balancing qualitative and quantitative evidence.
•Create clarity and alignment across diverse stakeholders to maintain focus on long-term product outcomes.
