Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and guidance for planning, design, and delivery of overhead transmission line projects up to 765kV.
  • •Lead and/or support project execution layout, creating and maintaining project schedules and facilitating weekly/bi-weekly project meetings.
  • •Coordinate multi-disciplinary workstreams and maintain project workflow and communication across internal and external teams.
  • •Develop transmission line deliverables using tools such as PLS-CADD (including structure staking, foundations, assembly drawings, structure loading, procurement, and construction support).
  • •Support project managers with status reports, scope/schedule/budget development, forecasting, and client meetings, and mentor staff as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • •5-7 years’ experience in transmission field designing/managing projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Professional Engineering (PE) licensure.
  • •Understanding of the NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95.
  • •Strong transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation, with strong written and oral English communication and ability to uphold workplace safety policies.
