Drive acquisition for Zillow Rentals’ Single Family business by creating qualified sales conversations for Account Executives. You’ll focus on proactive outbound prospecting, targeting priority rental property accounts, generating pipeline, and setting high-quality appointments to support revenue growth. Partner with multiple AE pods to align on outreach strategy and conversion goals, qualify prospects for fit and readiness, and maintain disciplined activity records in Salesforce and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate qualified acquisition meetings for Account Executives by prospecting into priority Single Family Rental accounts and building top-of-funnel pipeline.
•Execute high-volume outbound outreach (cold calls, email, and other prospecting channels) to engage partners and create sales opportunities.
•Research accounts, market conditions, and industry trends to improve outreach quality and identify opportunities within assigned territories.
•Qualify prospects for fit and readiness, then hand off to the appropriate Account Executive to move forward in the sales process.
•Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce and related tools, partnering with AEs on messaging and feedback loops to improve conversion outcomes.

Key Requirements

•6+ months of appointment setting, outbound prospecting, and/or inside sales experience.
•Experience with cold calling and email prospecting to create opportunities through proactive outreach.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport and credibility quickly.
•Strong time management and prioritization skills to execute consistently in a high-activity environment.
•Highly proficient in Google Workspace; Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred.
